DC loves its indoor boozy minigolf! The latest par-ty spot for an epic night out with putting and pours is Penn Quarter’s Puttery (800 F St NW, Washington, D.C. 20004), which comes to the nation’s capital as the brand’s third location.

What was once the International Spy Museum is now a fully integrated social, dining, and entertainment experience complete with three distinctly themed 9-hole courses.

From an ‘Art Museum’ to a ‘Conservatory’ and a reality-bending ‘Illusion’ course, guests will enjoy hours of fun during their play time at Puttery. Reservations are recommended, with tee times falling within 90-minute time windows.

But whether you tee off or not — you’ll want to taste what Puttery has to offer from its bars and kitchen. The venue boasts multiple lounge areas, as well as the unique cocktail menu on each course with exclusively themed beverages.

And the kitchen will be buzzing whether balls are in play or on pause. Some must-try dishes? The Tuna Stack is especially enticing, featuring marinated ahi tuna, seasoned avocado, crispy sushi rice, mango cucumber pico, herb mango soy glaze, and togarashi rice chips. Our taste buds also loved the Sous Vide Pork Belly, crafted with julienne cucumber, jalapeño, and pickled radish, dressed with hoisin glaze, nước chấm, and herbs.

Puttery makes sense for date night, fun with friends, or even a chance to go over the angles with those co-workers you haven’t seen in a couple of years (or not even met yet??!).

Puttery is open Sunday (11 a.m. – 12 a.m.), Monday – Wednesday (4 p.m. – 12 a.m.), Thursday (4 p.m. – 2 a.m.), Friday (12 p.m. – 2 a.m.), and Saturday (11 a.m. – 2 a.m.).
