Inside Elle Magazine/Chief’s ‘Women Leading Washington’ Rooftop Soirée

Among the parties surrounding the White House Correspondent’s Dinner festivities this year was Elle Magazine and Chief‘s private reception at VERSUS’ Ceil Social Club with a power-packed guest list and sweeping views of downtown DC.

Elle Executive Editor Sara Austin advocated for women in leadership as Carolyn Childers, co-Founder and CEO of Chief — a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders — welcomed New York and DC members and introduced many local guests to Chief for the first time.

Among the local ‘women leading Washington’ spotted in attendance were Brag Better author Meredith Fineman, style-setter Anchyi Wei, broadcaster and marketer Kelly Collis, Circle Collective’s Jessica Hoy, Daily Mail’s Nikki Schwab, Moki Media’s Dannia and Maha Hakki, author and Post pop culture critic Helena Andrews, and Zaina Javaid Director of Policy and Public Engagement in the Office of the Second Gentleman.
