Want to experience a festive German-style holiday market? For the seventh year, Dupont Circle holiday shoppers can shop craft makers from around the region at the Heurich House Museum’s Christkindlmarkt, on Friday, December 6th through Sunday, December 8th, 2019.

Christkindlmarkt is Dupont’s only holiday market that features goods from local artisans, including jewelers, ceramicists, bakers, makers of housewares, and more. Pop-up performances will take place throughout the weekend, and food and refreshments (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase. And while you’re shopping and getting in the spirit, you can also tour the historic home of DC’s most successful brewmaster, Christian Heurich, all decorated for the holidays.

General admission tickets will be available for $13 for adults, $5 for children. A first-ever Friday VIP event will be $20 online, $23 at the door, and includes a swag bag with vendor goods and discounts. Children under 3 are free. Strollers will not be allowed inside the market, but can be checked at the entrance.
