Hei Hei Tiger Cantonese Cuisine Open In Tysons Galleria

Hei Hei Tiger, a new eatery from the same folks as Tiger Fork has officially opened its doors in Tysons Galleria.

Serving Cantonese cuisine, Hei Hei Tiger, which means ‘Happy Happy Tiger’ in Chinese, features Chinese BBQ, HK-style noodle bowls, and boba milk tea, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) cocktails from the main octagon-shaped bar in the Urbanspace Food Hall.

Tiger Fork fans will recognize some signatures from the popular Blagden Alley spot.  The restaurant will also serve playful sweets including Homemade Soft Serve ($4) in unique flavors such as taro and milk tea.

“Before we opened Tiger Fork, we always had this idea to open a hybrid service, casual-style concept offering Chinese BBQ and Hong Kong noodle soups,” says owner Greg Algie. “After seeing the success and positive response to Tiger Fork… we’re excited to make our first expansion outside of DC.”

A private dining room will follow, eventually serving dim sum brunches and hosting private events.
