Inaugural Doyle Spirits Festival

The inaugural Doyle Spirits Festival will bring together 15 leading and emerging Irish distillers for a walk-around tasting, celebrating Ireland’s rich whiskey and spirits tradition. Guests can enjoy cocktails and sample expressions from renowned producers including Redbreast, Dingle, Jameson, Teeling, Green Spot, Powers, Roe & Co, Slane, Tullamore D.E.W., Boatyard Gin, Wilde Irish Gin and Skellig, alongside Irish-inspired bites.

Throughout the evening, guided tastings will highlight both traditional and modern distilling techniques, from classic Single Pot Still whiskey to coastal botanical gins. Guests will sip their way across Ireland’s regions while enjoying cultural programming including live musical performances curated in partnership with the Embassy of Ireland.

Attendees can also participate in an interactive Irish language mini-session led by Vivienne Sayers, introducing must-know phrases and offering a fun, cultural primer for future travel to Ireland.
