DC Has Four New MICHELIN Starred Establishments

DC now has four new MICHELIN starred restaurants!

With the release of the MICHELIN Guide Washington, D.C. 2020 today, DC now boasts a total of 18 starred establishments, 44 Bib Gourmand eateries, and 120 establishments recognized with the Plate symbol (a designation given to restaurants that inspectors recommend to travelers and locals for a good meal with fresh ingredients and capable preparation).

The new one star locations include Gravitas, by chef Matt Baker in Ivy City; Little Pearl, by chef/owner Aaron Silverman in Eastern Market; Maydān (formerly a Bib Gourmand) by co-owner Rose Previte and co-chef Chris Morgan on Florida Ave; and Sushi Nakazawa from chef Daisuke Nakazawa in Federal Triangle.
