Serenata and Zumo — a 20 seat versatile bar — will “celebrate the endless flavors, traditions and colors of Latin America” in Union Market’s La Cosecha, according to a recent release. You’ll find cocktails and bar snacks in the evening (Serenata), and freshly squeezed juices and breakfast bites earlier in the day (Zumo)… but all inspired by the spirit and flavors of the Americas.
The bar is slated to open later this Summer.
“We are beyond thrilled to be part of the unique repertoire of establishments at La Cosecha,” said DaniellaSenior, co-founder of Serenata and Zumo. “Serenata will be a very distinctive and special concept with beverages that have a culinary value, local history, and entice the palette. Our hope is that these creations celebrate something bigger than a cocktail – they celebrate an incredibly rich and thriving culture!”
