Final Days of CitiOpen Features Big Name Tennis and Tastings

The Citi OpenÂź, a premier professional tennis event happening in DC at the Rock Creek Park Tennis Center, has delighted tennis fans in the nation’s capital since 1969.

The nine-day event, which is in its final days, offers fans world-class tennis as well as other unique on-site experiences from partners including MoĂ«t, Kim Crawford, Duke’s Grocery, South Block, King Street Oyster Bar, Oro Pizza, Dolcezza, Ice Cream Jubilee and more.

This year’s event has featured top players from both the ATP and WTA, including Andrey Rublev, Taylor Fritz, Reilly Opelka, Grigor Dimitrov, Alex de Minaur, Frances Tiafoe, Nick Kyrgios, Kei Nishikori, Emma Raducanu, Jessica Pegula, Leylah Fernandez, Victoria Azarenka, Sloane Stephens, Sofia Kenin, Eugenie Bouchard and more, and continues to captivate spectators with memorable tennis matches as well as player meet and greets.

In addition, local celebrity chefs José Andrés and Nick Stefanelli (alongside DC fan favorites mentioned above) have been providing off-court culinary experiences.

For more fun, guests can enjoy tequila tastings in the Real Azul Tequila tent from 4 to 6pm on each remaining tournament day, Chandon tastings from 1 to 7pm in the Chandon Garden Lounge from August 5th to the 7th, and taste an exclusive Ice Cream Jubilee limited-edition Gin & Tonic flavor, available only at Citi Open.
