Known to be a favorite drink of Author Earnest Hemingway, the mojito is a traditional Cuban highball consisting of white rum, sugar, lime juice, sparkling water and mint.  Cuba Libre’s version is made from a combination of freshly pressed sugar cane (called guarapo, which is pressed in-house), fresh lime juice, mint, Cuba Libre branded white rum and a splash of soda.  It’s one of ten handcrafted mojitos available at the restaurant, so you can really celebrate the day in grand style.

Cuba Libre’s mojitos are generally priced from $9.50 to $12 by the glass, and from $47.50 to $60 by the pitcher.
