Local Restaurants Boost Your At-Home Super Bowl Party
It’s the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Kansas City Chiefs taking the field this weekend for Super Bowl LV! Whether you have a team allegiance or just want to see Brady win/not win ring #7, we know you’ll be watching and wanting to get in on the action.
Local restaurants are helping us to satisfy our game-day appetites with at-home team-themed meal and snack specials and cocktail kits. Here are a handful of our favorites:
Nick’s Riverside Grill is offering gameday grill favorites for two for a steal (starting at $45). You can pick from Nick’s Wings, Pulled Pork BBQ, or BBQ Ribs and wash it all down with two draft beers of your choice.
Jack Rose is offering socially distanced Bottomless Viewing Parties at the Saloon with group reservations for up to six guests, but for those at-home feasting, the fan-favorite has take-home wing packs ($89, serves 4) that will spice up your small party. Jack Rose’s two dozen wings with traditional carrot and celery sides and dips, plus crunchy house-made chips, two six-packs of Panga Pilsner, and a 33 oz. Winter Punch is just what the big day needs. Plus, for atmosphere, they’ll add in some football-shaped ice-cube molds.
The Imperial and Itty Bitty Sandwich City racks up the points with its Not So Itty Bitty Super Bowl Sandwich Packs. You can get the full Touchdown Pack ($165) — or the smaller Field Goal version ($70) — and add on Extra Points with cocktails or beer/wine pours.
Maybe you’re making your own famous chili, wings, or sliders and just need some libations to liven up your LV offerings. LuLu’s Winegarden is serving up a Super Bowl Party Pack that comes with two each of three (six total) different cocktails created by The Royals’ bar manager Alonzo Freeman, a six-pack of Atlas’ new double IPA, and a pint of the LuLu’s party dip of your choice.
Any of these for the win!
