Lily Pulitzer Presents Spring 2019 at Marriott Georgetown

“Resort chic” was admired and Lilly Pulitzer attire was not required — but that didn’t keep anyone from wearing it last week as Lilly Pulitzer Georgetown and Georgetown Cupcake hosted an exclusive event for the fashion brand to unveil its Spring 2019 line.

Guests enjoyed custom craft cocktails from Marriott Georgetown’s expert mixologists, Georgetown Cupcakes designed by sister owners Katherine & Sophie, and Monte Durham from Say Yes to the Dress TLC TV served as emcee for a one-of-a-kind fashion show, which showcased staff from the host companies — in some cases alongside their children — wearing the colorful clothing.

SEPHORA + Dry Bar were on hand to provide hair and makeup “touch ups” for event attendees, and everyone left with their sweet tooth satisfied (a cupcake in every gift bag!), a souvenir from Lily Pulitzer, and an itch for Spring to start!
