Introducing Summit the Rooftop at the Conrad Hotel

Yet another destination rooftop!

Now officially open — and open to the public — the Conrad’s Summit the Rooftop is the epitome of Hilton hospitality on high.  This rooftop bar is set against the backdrop of DC’s iconic architecture with monumental views that put you in the heart of the action at CityCenter.

Spend an evening at the bustling bar, or make reservations at a few exclusive cocktail tables and low lounges that seat up to 10, to enjoy a menu of interesting bites and not-altogether ‘classic’ cocktails.  While it’s certainly the atmosphere that will keep you coming back for more – there are a few irresistible menu items… and a Frozé that will undoubtedly be DC’s drink of the summer.

Summit’s Aperol Spritz — on draft — is equally enticing, especially to the posh crowd who will be lining up to gain access to the coveted space to enjoy Maryland Crab Mac-n-Cheese, Avocado Fries, and Roasted Pork “wings” while taking in (well… instagramming) that amazing skyline.

How would we take in a perfect Summit sunset? We’d post up with a Glasgow Maid in hand (who isn’t intrigued by a blend of Johnnie Walker Black with vermouth, cucumber and lemon?!) and Scotch-smoked s’mores queued up for dessert.

Summit the Rooftop, the 11th floor of the newly opened Conrad Hotel, is an urban oasis that opens for Happy Hour at 5, but doesn’t stay open late (10 pm on Sun – Thurs, 11 pm on Fri and Sat).
