From our ‘Tree Pose’ at the 14th Annual Yoga on the Mall

The 14th annual “Yoga on the Mall” took place on Sunday, May 19th on the National Mall near the Lincoln Memorial and Reflecting Pool.

Over two dozen yoga studios participated in the community fundraiser organized by the Metro D.C. Community Yoga Association (Metro DCCY).  While the event was free, donations collected during registration served to benefit One Common Unity.

Thousands of participants took part in the morning, which included demonstrations, hands-on yoga practice, and promotions from yoga and wellness brands, including major event sponsor Mind Body.
