DC’s Prix-Fixe Menu Thanksgiving Restaurants Open Near You

If you’re still scrambling to figure out what to do for Thanksgiving — stop — you’re good as gravy.  DC has so many amazing restaurants open for turkey day that still have reservations available. And with their prix-fixe menu, you can enjoy all the eats for a set price. Now that’s something to be thankful for!

Here are several of our favorites for planning your last-minute family feast:

Both City Tap locations will be open from 12pm to 10pm on Thanksgiving day serving a $30 three-course dinner for adults and $15 for kids. Imagine the traditional turkey, roasted butternut squash soup, sausage apple stuffing, mashed potatoes… with spiked apple cider, mulled wine, and all of your other City Tap pour favorites to get through the day with no stress.

Blue Duck Tavern presents farm-fresh options to tempt the palate for Thanksgiving.  This ($135 for adults and $55 for children) three course holiday meal includes a bountiful display of seafood items, salads, cheese and charcuterie before selecting a choice of plated entrées and family-style side dishes showcasing regional produce.  Those seeking a late bite are also encouraged to stop by the Lounge, which will be offering select holiday market dishes until closing.

The newly opened Modena will give your Thanksgiving an authentic Italian twist with its prix fixe menu, priced at $60 per person.  But is it wrong if we rush a little through the Red Bourbon Turkey with oyster cornmeal stuffing, roasted Brussels sprouts, cranberry chutney and giblet gravy to get to Chef’s Warm Amaretti Bread Pudding? Wowsers.  That’s a delish dish.

The Oval Room serves up the flavors of the season in its three-course holiday menu offered from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., priced at $60 per person and $90 with wine pairings. Venison Loin and Guinea Hen join Roasted Organic Turkey on the menu, accompanied by all of your favorite elevated sides.

Downtown’s Olivia offers a festive three-course menu priced at $50 per person that includes a selection of appetizing dishes, which are inspired by the flavors of Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Italy, Greece and beyond.  Then complete the meal on a sweet note, with seasonal dessert offerings.

Lupo Verde on the bustling 14th Street corridor offers a collection of festive dishes, which can be ordered as a three-course prix fixe menu priced at $85 per person. You can even start with the seasonal favorite Deviled Eggs before moving on to delectable entrée options like Pork Belly or Turkey Roulade. For a sweet finish, take pleasure in seasonal Apple Pie; Pumpkin Pie or Panna Cotta.

Georgetown’s Brasserie Liberté offers Thanksgiving with a French flair.  Its prix fixe, three-course menu is priced at $45 per person, will be served from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. with a francophile feast that includes favorites like Butternut Squash Soup, Herbs de Provence Roasted Turkey Breast, accompanied by all of the chic sides.

You’ll get a refined stamp on the time-honored Thanksgiving meal at Rare, where for $75 per person you’ll indulge in a prix fixe from 3-9 p.m. Highlights include Acorn Squash Soup, Pan Roasted Bell & Evans Turkey with sage bread pudding, and Dulcey Pumpkin Cheesecake.
