What used to be a Finn & Porter adjacent to this downtown hotel is now an approachable (and more affordable) family-friendly option.
BKB’s food menu has just what you need without an overwhelming array of crazy options. There are plenty of interesting salads, tempting flatbreads and pizzas, sandwiches, and shareable plates, too. A trio of main entrees keeps the major decisions limited –and that’s a good thing! — with all being simply delicious.
And save room for dessert! That chocolate mouse jar is a chocolate lover’s dream!

Since it’s holiday time, we started our recent meal with a cider sidecar from the seasonal Shimmer and Shine cocktail list. But now BKB has just unveiled some new fun for the holidays!
Whether you are staying at the Embassy Suites or not, any guests you stop into Brickstones Kitchen and Bar on Friday, December 16 from 6:30 pm to 10 pm in their pajamas (!!) will receive two (2) complimentary beverages per table and two (2) free kids meals for family members. On this same night, don’t miss the hot cocoa bar, special holiday cookies, festive decor, and more with a photographer onsite to capture the special memories.
Brickstones Kitchen & Bar is located at 900 10th Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. Dinner hours are 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
