Bonaparte, Brought to Life (in VR)!!
From battlefield brilliance to bitter banishment, a new immersive installation is allowing DC guests to “meet” Napoleon!
Napoleon Experience: The Immersive Saga has arrived in downtown DC (926 F Street NW at the Fever Hub) with a cinematic swirl of strategy, spectacle, and Napoleonic self-reflection, courtesy of Fever and Paris-based producer Sandora.
Now, this isn’t a history lesson; It’s a headset-led happening. Visitors step squarely into the story of Napoleon Bonaparte, tracing his meteoric rise and dramatic descent through a richly rendered virtual reality narrative. The twist: it’s told in his own voice. From exile on Saint Helena to imperial Paris, the experience unfolds as a final, reflective testimony (it’s almost equal parts confession and coronation, to be honest).

The journey drops guests into defining moments: the calm before the Battle of Austerlitz, the grandeur of a self-made emperor’s crowning, and the slow unraveling after Waterloo. And some parts are eerily interactive!
Rooms re-form, regimes rise, and consequences ripple… Don’t be ashamed if you jump out of the way of the stampeding army or feel compelled to duck to avoid the slash of a Hussar on horseback. You feel truly in the battle, even if the battleground is a meticulously constructed digital domain made possible through sme serious historical research.

Tickets are live via Fever’s platform for this ~45 minute VR experience, and at this location, multiple destinations are possible. You may have already read about Horizon of Khufu. Now Napoleon. What’s next??!
