KNEAD Opens Bistrot Du Jour Location on the Hill

KNEAD Hospitality + Design opened its twentieth location — with six more new places on the way — earlier this week with a reprise of Bistro Du Jour, this one located on Capitol Hill.

Featuring 200 seats, a full bar and lounge, and expanded offerings beyond what diners already love at the first Bistro Du Jour at the Wharf, the upscale all-day Parisian bistro is serving breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, and happy hour.
