ARTECHOUSE Enchants With Northern Lights in AURORA

Want to see the Northern Lights, but can’t travel thousands of miles North to see them? ARTECHOUSE is beaming in the Aurora Borealis as its final exhibit of the 2019 season, which is actually festive for the holidays as well.  AURORA: The Spirit of Northern Lights will be on view through January 5, 2020.

First impressions include the crunch of new fallen snow — thanks to a white carpet installation — followed by swirling lights and pulsing sounds.  In one room, guests’ movement sparks trees and snowflakes to appear and dance before them. In another, sit back comfortably as the Northern Lights stream in the night sky above.

“An ice cavern, frosted forests and dancing skies await those that brave the winter,” according to ARTECHOUSE. “Step into an immersive and interactive world with art installations that allow you to shape frost and move light as you quest to discover your true winter powers.”

This is an enchanted wonderland where you’ll certainly appreciate your imagination (but don’t miss the Augmented Reality Cocktails at the bar if you need a little help).
