Thrill seekers go over the edge and rappel down the 160-ft descent of Hilton Arlington National Landing while raising awareness and supporting New Hope Housing’s mission to end homelessness in the Northern Virginia area.  \nThe event will last from 9:00am to 5:00pm with 90 people partaking throughout the day. To rappel off the building\, participants need to raise at least $1\,000. The festivities also include  “The Landing Zone” – an all-day Block Party at the hotel’s base will feature food\, a DJ\, fun activities\, and booths from event sponsors. All are welcome to attend and enjoy the exciting day.  \nIn November 2023\, Hilton Arlington National Landing was named Community Champion at New Hope Housing’s Volunteer Appreciation Ceremony for representing the values of New Hope Housing in the community and for creating new opportunities to partner.
