The film traces Wallenberg’s remarkable transformation from a businessman into a humanitarian hero. Using his diplomatic status\, he forged protective passports and created safe houses\, ultimately saving tens of thousands of Jews in Nazi-occupied Budapest. On the Council\, he has championed education\, transportation\, housing\, public safety reform\, and government transparency.
