DESCRIPTION:The Boro invites families\, friends and neighbors to celebrate fall at The Boro’s Oktoberfest on Saturday\, October 11. The free\, family-friendly event will feature live entertainment\, contests\, seasonal food and beverages and activities for all ages. \nFestivities include: \n\n\nLive Music: Guests can enjoy the sounds of a traditional polka band throughout the event. \n\n\nInteractive Dance Performances: Professional dancers from Tysons Ballroom will teach guests the basics of polka and encourage everyone to join in the fun on the dance floor. \n\n\nKid-Friendly Activities: Families can delight in glitter tattoos\, face painting\, balloon creations and seasonal crafts. \n\n\nOktoberfest Contests: Attendees can test their strength in a bier stein holding challenge or show off festive outfits in a “best dressed” social media contest for prizes. \n\n\nSeasonal Food and Drinks: Guests can sip seasonal beers and themed cocktails from Circa and El Bebe while savoring the flavors of fall\, including a few German-inspired bites. \n\n\nWHEN: \nSaturday\, October 11\, 2025 from 12-2pm \n(The rain date is Saturday\, October 18 from 12-2pm) \nWHERE: \nThe Boro: 8350 Broad Street\, Tysons\, VA 22102 \nHOW:\nThis event is free and open to the public but registration is encouraged.
