Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri return to headline this year’s show… plus local and regional chefs all honored as James Beard Foundation winners come to cook on the James Beard Foundation Stage.   Throughout the two day event, there will be cooking classes, a Grand Tasting Pavilion, and other non-stop activities and entertaining workshops, in addition to 300 specialty food exhibitors showcasing products – all for sale. (And new this year, a Natural Foods Pavilion featuring organic and natural products!)
