I find myself often referencing back to that and his graciousness\,” said singer/songwriter Patty Griffin. \n“John Prine’s music embodies the spirit of American songwriting\, and as we mark America’s 250th anniversary\, this program will honor the voices that continue to shape American culture\,” said Sara Beesley\, Vice President of Programming and Production\, Wolf Trap Foundation. “Having performed at Wolf Trap 19 times\, John was deeply connected to this place\, and Wolf Trap to him.
