To enjoy the restaurant’s delights while maintaining a touchless environment, the restaurant is now offering its menus through guest’s smartphones via QR code, and credit card payments will be processed with handheld devices. The Park Hyatt also has new wellness guidelines which include the position of a dedicated hotel Hygiene Manager.

The newly appointed hygiene manager is GBAC certified and responsible for the daily implementation of the operational guidance protocols throughout the Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. which include approved sanitation products used in accordance with CDC disinfecting guidelines.

And guests looking to dine while distancing will still appreciate Blue Duck’s spacious design.

“Our signature Capitol Hill glass dining booths in Blue Duck Tavern Lounge have always been noteworthy for design and privacy,” said Blue Duck Tavern GM Joseph Cerione.  “Today they are truly a benchmark for isolated seating while social distancing remains in place. We predict they will be the most requested tables this summer. The seating throughout the Blue Duck Tavern has always been spaciously set apart so adhering to the six-foot apart distancing will not dramatically change our dining room nor our Lounge and Terrace configurations.”
