Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. You’ll catch her interviewing guests on DC’s NewChannel8′s Let’s Talk Live and showcasing products on BestBuy.com, as well as work appearing on NBC, Fox, Comcast and local print publications.

The Kelvin, that Navy Yard venue we told you about with the awesome views of the Nationals Ballpark, has teamed up with Atlas Brew Works for a digital drinking experience you won’t want to miss. And it’s as easy as: See, Sip, Score!

See: Choose a time slot to pick up a free six-pack from The Kelvin where you will have the chance to view its luxury apartments and amenities.

Sip: Tune in to Atlas Brew Works for an online tasting on Thursday, October 15th at 6 pm (via Zoom) where you’ll learn more about the beer you’re trying. Post your own tasting notes (making sure to tag @thekelvindc and @atlasbrewworks) to social media.

Score: After the event, Atlas will choose three winners to receive a $125 bar tab covered by The Kelvin!
