Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Hurry in to snag a seat at Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca’s (1100 New York Ave. NW) intimate 12 seat bar.  If you’re one of the  few, you’re in for a treat!

The Italian gem recently introduced a new fixed price menu, available exclusively at the bar, called Pranza al Bar.

Participating in Pranzo al Bar allows guests to select one featured pizza, sandwich, or bowl filled with a tempting Italian meal.  It’s a constantly rotating menu full of favorites, like Spaghetti al Pomodoro, Rigatoni al Brasato and Risotto alla Piemontese…

Add a choice of a soft drink, iced tea, or featured glass of Italian wine to your meal — followed by a choiceof coffee, espresso, or seasonal sorbet flavor of the day at the end of the meal.

All this, and it’s only $20 (excluding tax and gratuity).

The Pranzo al Bar menu is available Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
