Streetsense — no, not the newspaper — the design and strategy firm, hosted a new office grand opening Monday night at their new office headquarters in downtown Bethesda, dubbed a ‘Party On The Plaza‘ as the office’s open floor plan was transformed into a 300+ person swanky-spacious party venue.

Chef Erik Bruner-Yang didn’t make the menu — but rather the music!  He unveiled a hidden talent by guest DJ-ing the event as guests mixed and mingled throughout… past the retail storefront-inspired Partner offices, mural-donned architectural library, and sleek conference rooms.

Fall festive fare was provided, including seasonal cocktails by Derek Brown and J.P. Fetherston and bites from Chef Mike Isabella.

Recognized for their placement on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies, and in honor of the new space and expansion, Streetsense was presented a certificate on behalf of the Office of the County Executive from Ike Leggett.

But what will people likely most remember from this opening party??  Trying out Google Glass for the very first time.
