Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. Sinfully Swank: Hank's Expands

Church Lady Punch: That’s what Jamie Leeds, Chef and Owner of Hank’s Oyster Bar was serving at the unveiling of Hank’s new expansion and coastal-inspired redesign last Thursday. Well…punch and a paradise of oysters!

Smoked, shooters, and on the half shell, it was an opportunity to try every taste, as well as check out the bustling “bar’s” new second floor “yacht” room for private dining, expanded patio, and nautical charcuterie room.

Impressed by the samples and sips, reception guests weren’t feeling guilty for gushing over those appetizing aphrodisiacs. Or perhaps that’s why they were downing that Church Lady Punch to the last drop!
