Shobha Opens in DC, Brows & Bikinis Be Gone!

Shobha, a popular NYC hotspot for hair removal, opened its first DC location (in Dupont Circle) Wednesday night.  As you’d expect, there was waxing, threading, and even sugaring… a technique now not just used for the cupcakes!

Shobha, a Manhattan-based brand that has been around for over a decade treating top beauty editors, photo (21)celebrities and busy New Yorkers, is now bikini-waxing the Beltway.

At its local launch party, Shobha featured its own line of products (both sold and used for in-house treatments) for the brows, body and bikini area.photo (19)

DC’s high browed were in attendance to join in the Girl’s Night Out at the new store, sipping cocktails and nibbling brightly frosted cupcakes as a select few even tried out Shobha’s signature treatments on the spot.
