Self-Decorated Bra Event Gives Hope to Those Affected by Cancer

Their bras were showing!

Wild to girly, provocative to… inspiring, Success in the City sponsored a 2nd annual  “Cups Full of Hope” event Wednesday evening to benefit the Tigerlily Foundation.  Decorated bra cups, many of which were inspired by or in honor of loved ones affected by breast cancer, were auctioned to a packed house at the Greater Reston Art Center.  Tigerlily Founder, Maimah Karmo, was also on hand to receive the event’s support (in more ways than one!)

The best bra design – or People’s Choice Award – was won by “Ebeauty’s Beautiful Wigging Out” bra. Ebeauty, a sponsor of the event, is a non-profit organization that organizes a wig exchange program, offering wigs to those currently going through treatment. Their prize bra wigged out to win!
