Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. Playful (and Plate-ful) ‘Pinstripes’ Comes to Georgetown Park

Sometimes great shopping comes with gutterballs. And this time, that’s NOT a bad thing!

Construction is underway for a new blend of food and fun at the Georgetown Park Shops. Pinstripes, when it opens later in January, will combine bocce courts, bowling lanes, Italian/American cuisine, fine wines and live jazz music for an eats and entertainment experience that will playfully overlook the peaceful C & O canal.

Georgetown is the fifth location for Pinstripes (others currently exist in Northbrook, South Barrington and Oak Brook, Illinois and Edina, Minnesota), a brand which is expanding nationwide.
