Mascarpone Cheesecake Pie

Cheesecake pie laying on a base of pistachio-biscotti crust and topped with a layer of whipped mascarpone, served with a coulis of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.  We’re salivating, too.

This Mascarpone Cheesecake Pie is the newest temptation at DC’s Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab menu.  And as if that’s not enough, this tastebud feast can #pieitforward.

That’s right.  You now have every excuse to delight in its decadence (Resolutions??! Well…) because, charity.  For every slice of mascarpone cheesecake pie sold in January, Joe’s will donate $1 to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, the largest independent conservation organization dedicated solely to saving the Bay.

Look for more of Joe’s Pie It Forward program, with a portion of proceeds from the restaurant’s featured seasonal pie of the month benefiting select charities.
