Whether it was a summer job, a first paper route or even a relative who was an entrepreneur, we’ve all been inspired by someone who has business on the brain. So it was when DC’s top entrepreneurs came 
together Wednesday evening to celebrate those who Dare to Dream at one of the city’s largest and most exciting networking events that supports youth entrepreneurship.
NFTE DC Region’s 16th Annual Dare to Dream Gala gave guests the opportunity to network with 900 top entrepreneurs and business leaders from the region, purchase products and services made by NFTE students during the Youth Entrepreneur Showcase, and enjoy an inspirational dinner and awards ceremony celebrating entrepreneurship.
Raising funds to provide entrepreneurship education to nearly 1,100 youth from low-income communities in
the metropolitan Washington, DC area and train high school teachers to deliver NFTE’s tailored business curriculum to students in their schools… as well as financing the expansion of Start Up Math (a NFTE program adapted to teach mathematics through business planning), the evening was full of passion, commitment, and hope as students continue to Dare to Dream.
