Panorama Baking Company joins the ranks of over 40 local artisan, food and beverage vendors today as it opens its doors in DC’s Union Market. Pastry chef Damien Le Tyrant offers DC-based Francophiles and bread-lovers alike fresh pastries, viennoiseries, cakes and other gourmet treats at the new northeast DC storefront — the first DC retail location for the Alexandria-based patîsserie, which, since its 2005 inception, has run as a strictly-wholesale operation by owner and artisan baker Loic Feillet.
