Classic casual Italian eatery Osteria Marzano opened in Alexandria’s Kingstowne region (or more 
specifically, the ground floor of Metro Park VI) last week, serving up tempting brick oven pizzas, “Assaggini” Italian tapas-style sharing plates, handmade pastas and hearty main courses.
But here’s what you really NEED to know: This place serves Nutella Pizza.
That’s right. Chef Carmine Marzano is taking his 30+ years of authentic Italian cooking experience and adding a fresh twist on classic dishes — creating local and seasonal fare made with top-quality ingredients, and that hazelnut spread we all know and… sometimes eat right out of the jar with a spoon.
That’s what we call getting a pizza da pie.
