Lovers of the Academy Awards descended the steps at The Hamilton Sunday night to not only watch their favorite actors, but also experience the limelight themselves. Low lights and a live Jazz band set the mood as guests were interviewed about their Oscar predictions and photographed walking the red carpet during an Oscars party hosted by Art Soiree.
Interviews were shown live on the many large screens that showed both the 
Hamilton red carpet, as well as that notorious one on the West Coast. Oscar themed cocktails, including the Meryl Streep and Brad Pitt, reflected the Hollywood dedicated party.
And DC fashion surely did not miss its opportunity, as gorgeous dresses and dapper suits rivaled those on the real red carpet. The chicest few of the group received their own Oscars for “Best Dressed to Kill Woman” and “Best Dressed to Kill Man,” with those dressed to the nines including Brian J Silver of the Save Your Boobs Foundation, photographer Joey Darley, and DC realtor Tammy Britt.
