A new lifestyle-based television series (created exclusively for Comcast’s Xfinity On Demand) brought none other than Nick Lachey to The Inn at Willow Grove Monday night. Called The Sessions, this series celebrates Hollywood’s famous faces while combining music, bites and beverages.
The first concert in the Sessions at Willow Grove series started with a VIP reception, followed by a private concert with Lachey, and special performances by celebrity singers/songwriters Bek Phillips, Luke McMaster, Jim McGorman and Kate Voegele. In the picturesque Inn at Willow Grove Barn, located just 90 minutes from DC, Lachey sang a nine-song set composed primarily from his new album — “Soundtrack of My Life” — scheduled to be released November 11th.
A portion of the proceeds from the evening were donated to both the Nick Lachey Foundation and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Orange and Madison, Virginia.
“We are thrilled to have such a high-profile event as this to our region,” said Inn at Willow Grove Owner, David Scibal. “We couldn’t be more excited to showcase all that our incredible Orange County, VA region has to offer… It is time we shared this best kept secret destination and most special place with a national audience.”
A second episode for the Sessions at Willow Grove series, featuring celebrity singer/song-writer Kate Voegele and called “Cooking with Kate,” filmed simultaneously on Tuesday evening. The (first) Sessions at Willow Grove with Nick Lachey will run from mid-October through the end of this year on Comcast’s Xfinity On Demand.
