Love is in the Air, Here’s What’s on Your Calendar

Deciding between delightful and devilish distractions during this month of love?  Here are but a few of our favorites:

For the very first time, Cafe Saint-Ex is accepting reservations for a four course prix fixe Cupid’s Day dinner.  ($75 per person with wine pairings).  This is one of the top spots on 14th Street for a eclectic and entertaining romantic rendezvous.  Small, yet sophisticated, you’ll have to contact this spot early to score one of the best tables.  Here’s your hook-up.

Fancy yourself more of a fallen angel?  Next door to the above lovefest – at Bar Pilar – you can drown your sorrows in bitter cocktails and sour desserts at an angsty-awesome anti Valentine’s Day party.  If you’re solo, you’re invited!

You know it’s always better with chocolate.  So see what greats things it can do for both your skin and your spirits!  Equinox Clubs (Tysons and Bethesda) are offering dark chocolate facials throughout the month of February.  A serious cure where calories don’t count.  ($155/treatment)

Hunting for Cupid? Or just feeling frisky?  Go on a Naked at the Art Museum Scavenger Hunt!  Saturday and Sunday, February 12th & 13th, be on the look-out for the naked and naughty at the American Art Museum.  These sexy search parties are perfect as a cute daytime date – or some pre-Valentine’s day friendly competition.
