Some 800 attendees helped raise close to $700,000 to help the Lab School in its mission, which for almost fifty years, has been to provide an educational experience for students who learn differently, either from having diagnosed issues like dyslexia, ADHD or other learning differences that made it challenging for them to learn in a traditional school setting.

This 30th anniversary gala and dinner dance raised critical funds to unlock each child’s full potential.

The evening’s honorees included Karina Smirnoff of Dancing with the Stars; Pulitzer Prize Winning Author Richard Ford; Vin Roberti of Roberti & White, LLC; and Jaclyn Mason, owner of Charm Georgetown (and Lab alumna).

In addition to dinner and dancing, a major highlight of the night was Sharon Stone auctioning a trip to the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.
