La Forchetta: Donna’s Food, a First for Felten

Remember when we all thought he was moving to Arizona??  Well, Roberto Donna has a new kitchen.  Here.  Not one he owns or finances, but one where we’re thankful he makes the food!

Lured back to being a local by La Forchetta owner Hakan Ilhan, Donna helped open the doors to DC’s newest Italian trattoria (which has been bold enough to boast a better pizza pie than 2Amy’s!!) last Monday night.

Other than Donna’s culinary delights, this new nosh spot also flaunts a first to keep you in high spirits.

James Beard winner and How’s Your Drink author Eric Felten is to blame for the artful adult beverages.   This marks the very first time Felton has created a restaurant’s cocktail menu.
