“All Set” — now when you hear that phrase, you won’t be thinking your’e in the Northeastern US… but instead, talking about your preferred neighborhood seafood restaurant in Silver Spring! Owners Jennifer Meltzer and Edward Reavis stay true to their roots (Nantucket) and boating experience, designing a uniquely decorated nautical noshspot that just rolls with it.
Earlier this month, All Set partnered with Marcus Johnson, jazz musician and owner of FLO brand wines, to showcase how well the smooth sips go with All Set’s smooth “sailing.” FLO wines ad appetizer samplings were provided for guests to enjoy, along with live jazz music, of course. FLO presented their signature Chardonnay, California Red Blend, and Moscato, while All Set tempted with Fried Oysters, Short Rib Polenta Cake, and Lemon Butter Short Cake — all specially crafted to pair with their respective wines.
Among those in attendance sipping and listening to Johnson’s contemporary jazz sounds was celebrity impersonator Laila L –justifiably mistaken for Hoda Kotb!
