Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. Jack Hits the Road

Their proposal to turn Jack Daniels‘ birthday into a national holiday might have fallen on less enthusiastic ears, but members of the Tennessee Congressional Delegation and Jack Daniels’ Master Distillery boasted quite the turnout for their “Back Jack” tour bus stop at the home of Juleanna Glover Wednesday evening.

Welcomed with a glass of Jack & Ginger or Jack & Coke before even crossing the threshold, Rep. Baron Hill (D-Ind.), Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Ambassador Gilles Noghes of Monaco, Becca Glover Watkins and her husband Pepper Watkins, and Matt Kroenig were among the guests who helped Jack hit the road.
