After a very busy season that (hopefully) was followed by a much needed relaxing break over the holidays, the Ronald Reagan Building and 
International Trade Center’s annual Sparkle Lounge welcomed DC’s event industry back… in bling!
Hundreds of event planners, industry pros, and partiers packed the atrium to enjoy dance music, taste passed bites and sweet treats from the ITC kitchen (we loved the lobster risotto served in egg shells!), and queue up for the event’s always unique caviar bar (at left).
A photobooth with fun and festive props was an event favorite, as was the prominent vapor machine — aka Holographic Entrance — provided by Dennis Finnegan at Luminescence Production Services, that projected a scrolling set of partner and sponsor images onto vapor… with a misting attendees enjoyed as well.
The sparkly soiree, which is an annual reminder to industry insiders of ITC event spaces — “adding sparkle to galas for 1000 or intimate dinners of 25” — and also serves as an appreciation night, thanking loyal patrons for continuing to make the building, and its catering, a top destination for DC events.
