Harry Potter Experience To Light Up ‘Forbidden Forest’ in Leesburg

You may think October is prime time for haunted houses and hayrides, but Slytherins, Hufflepuffs, Gryffindors, and Ravenclaws in the DC area are getting more excited for their new October — through end of year — experience, Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest.

Making its US debut this year, beginning in Washington DC’s metropolitan area, this breathtaking light trail is less wicked and more wonderment, perfect for Harry Potter fans of all ages.

Inspired by the iconic Forbidden Forest and featuring creatures from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts series, mesmerizing lights will transform the landscape into a magical outdoor trail. Visitors will discover some of their favorite moments from the Forbidden Forest, encounter mystical creatures such as Hippogriffs, centaurs, unicorns, and Nifflers, and practice casting their very own spells.

There is even a themed village at the end of the trail to enjoy delicious food and drink, as well as a gift shop with merchandise from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts movies.

This opportunity to experience the magic of the wizarding world in a whole new way will be open from October 2022 on the estate of Morven Park in Leesburg, VA.

Ticket prices start from $25 for children and $36 for adults, and will be available on Fever’s marketplace here
