Going Rogue… 24

R.J. Cooper, formerly Chef at Vidalia, has gone rogue… literally.

Opening up his newest resto concept, Rogue 24 on Wednesday (July 27th), the James Beard Award winner fights for his experimental 24 course concept (and introduces a new 16 course option) at an intimate 52 seat alley venue that promotes taste as well as theatrics.

Each table is a Chef’s table – as well as a theatre seat – every night.  “We’ve turned the traditional restaurant inside out and brought the kitchen to the guests,” Cooper explained of putting his kitchen in the middle of the restaurant.  That way, it’s “both a studio and a stage.”

16 courses, $100 (w/ wine pairings $145);  24 courses, $120 (w/ wine pairings $175).  Reservations now accepted.
