All eyes are on London right now, both because the Games are that good… and the LED’s are bright on the Tower Bridge.  But while energy efficiency at the Tower is a definite turn on, DC’s own spotlighted landmarks are getting their turn to shine.

To launch its #GELights campaign for General Electric, the experiential marketing company iStrategyLabs hosted a night to get lit at Penn Social last Friday.

After beverages and bar games, ISL encouraged participants to trek to the Mall to take (and tag) pictures and videos of night-lighted DC monuments… all in an effort to win one of two trips to London (to see that famed bright Bridge) and a home “re-lamping” courtesy of GE.
