Last week, there was Porchetta Ascolana (salsa verde & pickled vegetables), Chocolate Hazelnut Torte and Cotton Candy (made per order on the patio), served with Limoncello, Frozen Negroni (machine on-site!) and Rose Prosecco and Peroni (from the kegerator!) on the Fiola patio. Sounds like a celebration!
Fabio and Maria Trabocchi invited some of the restaurant’s VIP diners, stakeholders and close friends and family to fete its third year with some tastes and toasts. And the anniversary continues.
