Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Washingtonian Announces “On The Rocks” Whiskey and Fine Spirits Festival

Washingtonian hosts our third annual whiskey and fine spirits festival, On the Rocks, on December 3, 2014. Guests will enjoy a live DJ, delectable fare from Union Market’s vendors and Amphora Catering, and sips of premium whiskey, Scotch, malt, bourbon, rum, vodka, gin, tequila, and much more. This high-end tasting costs $65 to attend.
