Infusions at Dovetail – Saturday, Oct. 8, at 2 p.m.
Learn how to make your very own boozy infusion while enjoying lite bites from Dovetail’s Chef James Gee. You’ll learn about the history of spirits, and sample examples of each. You’ll also get a one-on-one with Chef who will explain what ingredients and flavors pair well, and then get the chance to create your own unique infusion. After class, you can take the infusion home or store it in Dovetail’s “secret bar” for your next visit. Tickets can be purchased here ($75 per guest).
