Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. Join Early Mountain Vineyards as we team up with our Best of Virginia partner Chatham Vineyards for our First Annual Oyster Festival. Come out to the vineyard to enjoy a day of fresh Eastern Shore oysters, clams, chowder and all the fixings. For the perfect pairing, each guest will receive two complimentary glasses of 2010 Church Creek Steel Chardonnay. While you are here, take in the views of the Blue Ridge foothills while enjoying music from The Green Boys and Chamomile & Whiskey. For our foodie guests, we will offer a limited number of VIP tickets that will include a seat in the studio audience recording of Foodie and the Beast show with Nycci and David Nellis. Seating is limited!

  • $65 VIP ticket includes the above and early bird entrance to the festival and studio audience tickets for a VIP live taping of Foodie and the Beast, including samples of all of the products featured on the show.

NOTE: This event is 21+. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted. Tickets purchased for a person under the age of 21 will be forfeited. Two glasses of 2010 Church Creek Steel Chardonnay are included with your ticket price. Additional wine may be purchased. Wine Flights will be available for purchase in the tasting room only.
